CARA BOOKING VILLA DI BATU & SYARAT-SYARAT NYA
Pemesanan villa di batu dengan syarat dan prosedur sebagai berikut :
Pemesanan villa dapat di bukukan dengan status pasti (confirmed) apabila pihak pelanggan telah membayar uang muka (down payment ) sebesar minimal 50% dari nilai transaksi yang telah di sepakati, dan selanjutnya pelunasan pembayaran dilakukan pada saat kedatangan (check-in).
RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Reservation can be submitted with Confirmed status if the customer has paid a down payment of at least 50% of the total transaction value agreed upon, then payment settlement can be made upon arrival.
TERMS CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in. : 14.00 WIB
Check-out :12.00 WIB.
PEMBATALAN ( CANCELLATION )
~ Cancellation on a confirmed reservation will be charged full charge if the cancellation is made within a period of less than 7 (seven) days from the date of execution of the event.
~ Cancellation upon the confirmed reservation, the advance deposit or Down payment paid is unrefundable.
